Party at the Vagabond Hotel in Miami with John DeFaro Events

To celebrate the upcoming 80th birthday of Margaret Tynan, John DeFaro Events threw a major party at the newly reopened and renovated Vagabond Hotel in Miami’s MiMo district.

Installations and featured artwork by Michelle Weinberg, Chy Tea, John DeFaro and Sarah Michelle Rupert.  Room 106 was filled with art, including my pieces – The Balloon Pop, TV Bubble Bath and TV Heads, paintings from Michelle Weinberg and Chy Tea, a gorgeous hand-made wool/silk carpet by Michelle Weinberg and Psychedelic Putti from John DeFaro.

Music by The Oscar Fuentes Combo, with special guest singer Jenene Caramielo belting out some amazing operatic vocals, and live poetry by Oscar Fuentes.
